Step by step guidelines to express our feelings, needs, and requests. Applies to communication, setting boundaries, and relationships.

Trauma Informed Treatment
Witness past unresolved business, process feelings, re-write narratives, cultivate self compassion, validation, and connection to promote post traumatic growth.
